Denton Vacuum, LLC is pleased to announce the development of their third-generation load-lock and sample transfer systems. The third-generation design significantly reduces the transfer time, increases the transfer repeatability, and reduces the “footprint” of previous Denton offerings. This hardware is compatible with all Discovery®, Explorer® and Voyager® system platforms. The third-generation design can also be delivered with an input magazine to increase throughput and reduce operator intervention. All third-generation designs are backward compatible with all load-locked Denton systems and can be provided as a stand-alone tool for integration onto third-party systems. Provisions have been made for high vacuum pumping and in-situ processing (etch/heat).
