Denton Vacuum Strengthens Its Sales and Engineering Capabilities

Moorestown, NJ, November 19, 2013 – Denton Vacuum LLC, a leading supplier of production scale thin film technology systems, is pleased to announce and welcome its newest members to its Sales & Marketing and Engineering teams with the recent addition of Dave Leonhardt, Ernest Burrell and Tim Fennessey.

Dave Leonhardt, Denton’s new Vice President of Sales and Marketing, comes to Denton with over 25 years’ senior-level responsibility and leadership experience in the semiconductor and electronics industries, most recently as Market Development Manager with Universal Instruments, where Dave led their advanced packaging semiconductor equipment business unit. Notably, Dave served as Division President and Senior Vice President, among other senior leadership positions, at Kulicke and Soffa Industries for some 20 years. Dave holds a degree in electrical engineering from The Ohio State University.

Ernest Burrell, Denton’s new Sales Manager, responsible for managing and developing territories in the US and Europe, comes to Denton with close to 25 years’ seasoned selling experience in the semiconductor industry, where Ernie specialized in strategic technical sales of capital equipment, including senior sales responsibilities at BE Semiconductor, Semiconductor Packaging Materials, and Kulicke and Soffa Industries.

Tim Fennessey, Project Manager, Vacuum Deposition Systems, Denton’s newest engineering team member, comes to Denton with over 8 years’ process engineering and engineering manufacturing support experience and skill, having served as a process, support and manufacturing engineer in the areas of ALD, Dry Etch and PVD, among other applications in the thin film deposition industry. Tim holds a M.Sc. Materials Science from the University of Vermont and a B.Sc. in Materials Science & Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
